Room 104 billed as a 'canal view' turned out to be more about neighboring restaurant parasols. street noise persisted late into the night. a lack of a coffee maker was a letdown, even though a kettle was available. The absence of an elevator meant dragging bags up the stairs, which could be a hassle, especially on warmer days when the room took time to cool down.

This place is right in the heart of Venice! We loved how comfy it was and the staff were just so friendly, chommies for sure. The brekkie had a lekker spread and we enjoyed siting by the canal—such a vibe!
